Voice changer online.
Your voice, remixed.
Record a line or bring a clip. Turn it into something strange, warm, tinny or wonderfully robotic. Listen, tweak, and take it with you.
1 Bring your voice
Drop an audio file. Make it yours.
Up to 60 seconds · 20 MB · WAV, MP3 & browser-supported audio
Your original is always kept while this page is open.
2 Pick a starting sound
Record. Experiment. Keep the good take.
Bring a short clip
Choose audio or record up to 60 seconds. A clear voice with little background noise gives you more room to experiment.
Find the right amount
Start with one of eight presets. Adjust pitch, intensity and mix, then apply. Your untouched original stays available for comparison.
Listen before you keep it
Compare the original and processed players. Download the result for a video, voice message or soundboard. Share the recipe so a friend can try their own voice.
A few useful starting points.
What this voice changer can do.
How can I get a crunchy, low-quality voice effect?
Choose Bitcrusher, start with a moderate intensity, and apply the effect. Compare words with sharp consonants: too much crunch can make them hard to understand. Adjust the mix to bring back some clarity. This kind of sound comes up in community editing questions ; our bitcrusher guide gives a repeatable starting point.
Can I make a radio-style voice?
Use Telephone for a narrow, distant sound. It removes much of the bass and high end. Start with the normal pitch so speech stays clear, then adjust intensity. See the telephone and radio effect guide and the role-playing discussion that asks about this sound.
What are the limitations of a voice changer?
These effects change the sound of a recording. They do not clone a person, promise anonymity, or replace your microphone in Discord or a game. Pitch also changes speed here. For realistic voice conversion you need a different kind of tool. Background noise will receive the effect too.
Why can't I record or hear the result?
Allow microphone access, check your selected microphone, and press a player's play button. A browser may block audio until you interact. You can still choose a file if recording is unavailable. The troubleshooting guide walks through the checks.
Where does my audio go?
Your file is decoded and processed in this browser tab. It is not uploaded to us. Closing or refreshing the tab clears your working audio, so download before leaving. A recipe link contains effect settings, never the audio. See our privacy page for website usage analytics.
What files can I use and download?
Choose a mono or stereo audio clip up to 60 seconds and 20 MB. WAV and MP3 are good starting formats; other formats depend on your browser. Results download as 16-bit WAV. A lower pitch makes the output longer, and Echo adds a short tail.
